I love this drink so much!

I first had a similar one at the Sunset & Vine terrace restaurant, where we had lunch after Catherine’s pre-school graduation, last July.

I have been trying to recreate the same amount of heat, tartness and sweetness since, and this recipe is magical, perfect, my favorite drink as an aperitif or an afternoon treat on a hot day.
